The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, and 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation made in the FIR that the petitioners assaulted the informant and his family

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41647 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 members as a result of which, the mother of the informant died on the spot, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, their prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
