The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 43 of 2016 registered under Sections 448, 384, 504, 307, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Only on the basis of suspicion, petitioner has been made accused in this case.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
