2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 26.08.2024, seeks regular bail in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No. 68 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 80, 61 & 238 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he is alleged to have killed the deceased after six months of marriage for demand of dowry etc.

4. The post-mortem report shows ante-mortem injury on the dead body of the deceased.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
