The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kasichak P.S. Case No. 39/2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 354, 323, 308, 448, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Except petitioner no. 4 all the petitioners have criminal antecedent. Petitioner no. 5 has also criminal antecedent but she is a lady.

Considering the entire facts, let petitioner nos. 4 and 5 above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45870 of 2017 (2) dt.10-10-2017 2/2 court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Kasichak P.S. Case No. 39/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. So far as petitioner nos. 1, 2, 3 and 6 are concerned, since they have criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to enlarge petitioner nos. 1, 2, 3 and 6 on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
