2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Total 7.5 liters of English wine has been recovered from a seized motorcycle and this petitioner, who is registered owner of said motorcycle, is alleged to have fled away from the spot. As per paragraph - 3 of the petition, petitioner has got two criminal antecedent of similar nature.

4. Considering the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the seized motorcycle, from which, aforesaid recovery has been effected and the fact that petitioner has got two criminal antecedent of similar nature, his prayer for anticipatory
