That the petitioners beseech indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuing a writ in the nature of certiorari setting aside the officer order no. 48, dated 31.07.2009 passed by Divisional

Patna High Court CWJC No.17930 of 2014(3) dt.05-12-2022 3/3 Forest Officer, Saran denying the regularization of the petitioners in service in spite of the Government policy for the same and further pray for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding respondents to regularize the petitioners in Class IV posts to which they are entitled in light of Government Policy to absorb persons/ employees like the petitioners."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
