2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Brahmpura P.S. Case No. 118 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 406, 420 120(b) of the Indian Penal code.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner had taken Rs. 46 lacs from the informant, at the pretext of managing job for the informant out of which Rs. 6 lacs have been returned to the informant.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is not involved in the alleged occurrence and there

5. On the other hand, the learned APP assisted by the learned counsel for the informant have submitted that the petitioner has cheated the innocent lady at the pretext of providing her job, apprising that her brother-in-law is ViceChancellor of the University and he will manage the job for the informant. They have submitted further that the petitioner is also involved in three cases of similar nature.
7. In my view, the petitioner does not deserve the privileges for bail, which is hereby rejected. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/Kundan U T
