2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is true that counter affidavit has been filed in which it has come that demarcation of the land has been made. But learned counsel submits that case is of the year 2016 and the client is not in his contact, therefore, he could not verify the said fact.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the writ petition has been filed for demarcation of land and in the counter affidavit it has come that the demarcation of the land of the petitioner has been made.

In this background, the writ petition is disposed of in the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the State that the demarcation of the land of the petitioner has been completed.
