The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Amba P.S. Case No. 48/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The gist of the allegation is that the petitioner did not deposit tax and started brick kiln.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner deposited the tax. Further two other accused persons have already been granted bail. Petitioner is one of the owners of the brick kiln.

Considering the nature of allegation, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of
