The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 392 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the IPC. As per the prosecution case, it is a case of murder of informant's married daughter by the accused persons due to nonfulfilment of demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner no.1 is the Bhaisur of the deceased, petitioner no.2 is also Bhaisur of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57736 of 2015 (3) dt.08-03-2016 deceased and petitioner no.3 is the Dewar of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. They have no concern with the affairs of the husband of the deceased.
On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 392 of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Barh, Patna, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
