The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 120B, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
According to the F.I.R. the firing of this petitioner could not hit the informant. However, the shot fired by Manikant Choudhary caused injury at the left arm of the informant. Submission is that the petitioner has been falsely implicated due to village politics.
Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49772 of 2016 (2) dt.09-12-2016 of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria/Successor Court in connection with Choutham Police Station Case No. 87 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
