The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 124 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8, 20 (b) (ii) of N.D.P.S. Act and Section 25 (1-b)a,26,27,35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier petitioner has approached this court for grant of bail. Referring to the order dated 29.08.2018, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Court has rejected the application for bail but granted liberty for renewal of prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within six months. More than six months has elapsed but trail has not been concluded.

Let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Addl. Sessions Judge- 1stcum-Special Judge (NDPS), Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 124 of 2016.
