2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sare P.S. Case No. 81 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 342, 307 & 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29877 of 2023(2) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous land dispute. Moreover, the present complaint has been failed after one month of the alleged occurrence without there being any explanation for the delay. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioners. There is no injury report on the record.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Sare P.S. Case No. 81 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
