JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S. case no. 474 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that there is case and counter case on account of land dispute in which both sides have sustained injuries in the scuffle. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the allegation against the petitioner is of giving lathi blow on the non-vital part of the body. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on

No.14049 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S. case no. 474 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
