Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 17.8.2019 in Cr. Misc No. 51296 of 2019 with a condition to surrender within a period of six months but they met with an accident and it was the reason that they could not surrender within time.

No.37465 of 2021(2) dt.28-10-2021 2/2 The time granted by the learned coordinate Bench vide order dated 17.8.2019 is extended for one month on the condition that the petitioners shall deposit Rs. 2,000/- (Two Thousand) each to District Legal Services Authority. Their bail bond will be accepted on production of the receipt of that amount.
