Patna High Court MJC No.1507 of 2019(2) dt.27-06-2023 2/2 the Rajendra Agriculture University, PUSA, Samastipur. The petition was preferred for compliance of the order dated 26.11.2018 in CWJC No.3449 of 2012.

At the outset, learned counsel for the University submits that pursuant to the order of the writ court, an order has been passed by the Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agriculture University, PUSA, Samastipur vide letter no.269 dated 02.04.2019 by which the claim of the petitioner has been rejected.

In that view of the matter, learned Senior Counsel submits that he may be granted liberty to challenge the said order.

The contempt petition stands disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
