Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case filed under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that the petitioner is the owner of the pick-up van which was being driven by his father Rajendra Sharma who has already been granted anticipatory bail. It is contended that 59 bags of seized rice is not a stolen property and petitioner has clean antecedent.

Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today in Madhepura P.S. Case No. 260 of 2015, the petitioner above named shall be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58418 of 2015 (2) dt.29-01-2016 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
