JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest Birpur (Balua Bazar) P.S. Case No.59/15 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of I.P.C.

Accusation is that the petitioner had applied for appointment of Panchayat teacher but on verification TET certificate was found forged.

Submission is that while the petitioner is said to have applied for the post of Panchayat teacher but he had not joined the said post and has not drawn the salary from the exchequer. Further submission is that the co-accused, Randhir Kumar Mehta and Shyam Kishore, have already been extended the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4495 of 2017 (2) dt.09-03-2017 2/2 privilege of anticipatory bail by coordinate Bench vide order dated 05.09.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No.31697/16.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Birpur (Supaul), in Birpur (Balua Bazar)P.S. Case No.59/15, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
