JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 24-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No.65 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

From the F.I.R., it appears that the petitioners have resorted firing, which caused injury to the son of the informant and other two children.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33313 of 2017 (2) dt.24-07-2017 2/2 for bail is rejected. If the petitioners surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and pray for bail, the Court will pass the order in accordance with law without being influenced by the order of this Court.
