2 Under Office Order dated 22.07.2015 issued by the Inspector General (for brevity, IG), Bihar Sector, Central Reserve Police Force (for brevity, CRPF), Rajiv Nagar, Patna (Bihar), following financial assistance/monetary benefits are shown to have been allowed to the petitioner:

"(i) Monthly disability pension - 8608/- pm + DA as admissible (ii) Disability assistant pension - 3,750/- pm (iii) Medical allowance - 300/- pm

Patna High Court CWJC No.2826 of 2016 dt.08-05-2019 2/3 (iv) GPF - 1,77,458/- (v) GIS - 2,834/- (vi) RF+CWF - 8,60,000/- (vii) DCRG - 1,12,442/- (viii) Leave Encashment - As intimated vide GC, CRPF Muzaffarpur Signal No J II - 1/2015-GC-EC-2/pairvi dated 17.07.15, it was kept pending due to pendency of court case filed by the petitioner. Directions already issued to the GC, CRPF, Muzaffarpur to ensure early payment actions."

3 Learned counsel for the petitioner has brought on record the Pension Payment Order (for brevity, PPO) which is Annexure 27 of the rejoinder. His limited submission is that benefits provided under the said Office Order has not been given to him as is evident from the PPO.

4 Since the PPO has been brought on record by way of rejoinder and the scope of grievance now is only for payment of the amounts allowed under Office Order dated 22.07.2015 issued by the IG, CRPF, the instant writ proceedings need not be kept pending.

5 IG (respondent No 3) is directed to look into the said grievance of the petitioner and communicate a decision in this respect to the petitioner.

6 Respondent No 3 should examine the claim and if it is found that in terms of the Office Order dated 22.07.2015, the payments are wanting then the same should be done with effect

Patna High Court CWJC No.2826 of 2016 dt.08-05-2019 3/3 from the due date along with difference of arrears and other dues found admissible to the petitioner.

7 Let the entire exercise be completed by respondent No 3 within a period of eight weeks from receipt/production of a copy of this order.

8 Writ petition stands disposed of.
