2. This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Chainpur Police Station Case No. 48 of 2025, disclosing offences under Sections 70(1), 329,(4), 115(1), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of B.N.S., and under Section 4&6 of POCSO Act.
3. As per the prosecution case on 20.12.2024, in the afternoon at about 04:00 P.M., when the informant with her cousins was sitting in the courtyard, the accused Vikash Kumar and Parma Singh entered into her house and tried to commit rape upon her and her cousin. It has further been alleged that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27034 of 2025(2) dt.06-05-2025 2/3 when the informant and her family members proceeded towards police station for lodging the F.I.R., the petitioners along with other co-accused persons armed with lathi, danda, etc., abused and assaulted them.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that from perusal of the F.I.R., it is evident that co-accused Vikash Kumar and Parma Singh entered into the house of the informant and tried to commit rape. He further submits that the petitioners are parents of the co-accused Parma Singh and the entire family have been made accused due to the fact that there is allegation against one son of the petitioners namely Parma Singh.
5. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are parents of one co-accused Parma Singh, I am inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of anticipatory bail.
6. This application is, accordingly, allowed.
7. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act cum A.D.J.-VI, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection
