The writ application has been filed for a direction upon the respondents to grant the petitioner appointment on compassionate ground.
Working on Class-4 post as 'Peon' in the district of Siwan, petitioner's father died while in service on 04.11.2005. It is the petitioner's case that his mother nominated him for appointment on compassionate ground, which has been rejected assigning a reason that his siblings are in employment. He submits that the siblings are living separately and the income is insufficient.

Writ application has been filed in the year 2014. The writ application is clearly barred by delay and laches.
