JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-02-2015 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 16.07.2013 passed in C.W.J.C. 7972 of 2013 proceeding for removal of encroachment was initiated by the opposite party no.3, Anchal Adhikari, Shahkund Anchal, Bhagalpur but the encroacher challenged the said proceeding in C.W.J.C. No. 23113 of 2013 in which notice issued to the encroachers, has been stayed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner prayed to dispose of this application with permission to pursue the matter before the appropriate Bench in C.W.J.C. No. 23113 of 2013.
