The petitioners seek bail in Special Case No. 2858 of 2019 arising out of Danapur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. It is alleged in the written report that 9 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioners.

Petitioners are in custody since 17.3.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed.
