JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-09-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 86 of 2020/GR No. 85 of 2020 for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an old man aged about 65 years and he has no criminal antecedent and there is allegation that he was involved in trade of liquor. In the instant case total 19.200 litres of foreign liquor was seized which was kept under staircase of the house of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2020.
