In view of the fact that the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioners has already been rejected earlier, I do not find any fresh ground for further interference. As such, the application for grant of anticipatory application is rejected. However, the petitioners, if so advised, may surrender before the court below in connection with Barhat P.S. Case No.8 of 2016 and seek regular bail, which shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit.
