2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the measurement of petitioner's land has taken place and it has been found that private respondent has encroached his land.

3. Counsel for the State prima facie opposes and submits that special forum has been framed under Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 (Bihar Act 4 of 2010) for remedy of grievances of the petitioner.

4. In this view of the matter, petitioner is directed to avail remedy before the Deputy Collector Land Reform, Madhubani under Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 (Bihar Act 4 of 2010) within 4 weeks from today.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is hereby disposed off.
