It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that on earlier occasion, prayer for bail application on behalf of the petitioner was filed vide Cr. Misc. No. 52392 of 2019 which was taken up and dismissed for non-prosecution on 07.11.2019 by this Court but due to inadvertent mistake, he could not mention the same in paragraph no. 2 of the present bail application. For the same reason, he wants to withdraw the present bail application.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn in connection with Kartaha P.S. Case No. 11/2019, pending in the court of learned Additional District Judge-
