The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 493 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

A supplementary affidavit has been filed in Court today in which it has been indicated that neither the petitioner is the driver of the alleged Bolero nor is he the owner from which the alleged recoveries have been made. It is further submitted that the petitioner is also not having any criminal antecedent. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court
