The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 324, 379, 354(B), 504, 506, 34 of the IPC.

Allegedly, the petitioner being the brother-in-law of the informant is alleged to have tore her clothes and took some pictures in order to threaten her to drop a case filed by the informant earlier. It is alleged that he tried to establish illicit relationship with her and also tried to murder her in association of other accused persons. It is lastly alleged that one car bearing Reg. No.BR-07-AB2678 hit her.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. The allegation leveled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. Mother of the petitioner has filed one criminal case against the informant. Petitioner has two criminal antecedent. It is submitted that in Saharghat P.S. Case No.63 of 2019, after investigation, police has filed the final form. It is further submitted that a Complaint petition was also filed in the Court below by the informant, bearing C.R. Case No.187 of 2019, which was dismissed.

Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail by submitting that there is specific allegation against the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
