ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Baniapur P.S. Case No.103 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 376, 313, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Considering the specific allegation made against petitioner no.1, namely, Amit Kumar Ram, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. It is, accordingly, rejected.

No.35777 of 2017 (2) dt.17-08-2017 2/2 So far as petitioner nos.2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 are concerned, the allegation against them being of general and omnibus nature and also because the F.I.R. against them has been instituted after lapse of five years, let the aforesaid petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Chapra, District-Saran, in connection with Baniapur P.S. Case No.103 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
