JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 07-07-2021 The present application has been filed seeking correction of an error as regards the name of the district of the petitioner in the original petition.

In the original petition inadvertently the district name was typed as 'Gopalganj' whereas the correct name is 'West Champaran'.

Let the correction be carried out and the name of the district of the petitioner in the title portion of the petition and prayer portion of the petition be corrected. In place of 'Gopalganj' it would be read as 'West Champaran'. The order dated 21.05.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10591/2021 stands corrected to the aforesaid extent. The name of the district typed in the order shall be read as 'West

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37422 of 2021(2) dt.07-07-2021 2/2 Champaran' and in this regard all corrections shall be carried out by the NIC and the Office of the Court.
