JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2023 The present writ petition has been filed for removal of encroachment from the ancestral land of petitioner, bearing Khata No. 184, Khesra No. 598 measuring 16 1⁄4 decimal of land from some anti-social elements.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners have filed several

Lastly, petitioner no. 1 has filed a representation before the District Magistrate, Patna on 25.11.2022 (Annexure - 4 to the writ application), which is still pending for consideration.

3. In that view of the matter, this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Patna / Respondent No. 2 within a period of six weeks from today, who shall dispose of the same, after after hearing the parties, in accordance with law preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation.

4. With aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
