The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mehsi P.S. Case No. 150 of 2015 registered under Sections 363/366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Manoj Bhagat and other accused persons including the petitioner kidnapped his minor daughter on a vehicle. It is submitted that the victim filed a petition in the court stating therein that she has already solemnized marriage with Manoj Bhagat and she is leading happy conjugal life. On the aforesaid fact, Manoj Bhagat has already been granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33330/2016. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39886 of 2016 (2) dt.19-09-2016 2/2 / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Motihari, East Champaran in Mehsi P.S. Case No. 150/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
