The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1B)a/26 of the Arms Act. Allegedly, two country made pistols along with cartridges were recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 26-11-2018. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Two country made pistols along with cartridges were said to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25500 of 2019(5) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajeev Kumar learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 346 of 2018.
