JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-02-2018 This is an appeal under Section 14(A) of the Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, has been preferred on 31.01.2018 against the order dated 04.03.2017 passed in connection with Barh P.S. Case No.353 of 2016. The objection of the Stamp Reporter is that it is beyond 180 days, which is upper cap for entertaining the question of limitation in considering admission of the appeal.
Hence, this appeal is dismissed as barred by limitation with liberty to the appellants to renew the prayer for bail before the learned Court-below itself.
