2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 279 of 2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 352 and 351(3) of the BNS and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution story, petitioner is alleged to have abused, threatened and opened fire by country made rifle on the house of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per FIR, the alleged occurrence took place on 17.10.2024, but the FIR has been instituted after three days on 20.10.2024, without giving any explanation for the said delay. No one sustained any fire-arm injury in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 26.02.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateV, Gaya, in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 279 of 2024.
