For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Ranjan Kumar Singh For the Respondent/s : Mr. Rajesh Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 17-07-2015 After some argument learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to avail statutory alternative remedy against the impugned order of transfer.

This application is, accordingly, permitted to be withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty, but also making it clear that any interim order passed earlier by this Court shall automatically stand vacated.

The prayer made by the petitioner that this Court should fix time frame for the Tribunal to dispose of the application to be filed

Patna High Court CWJC No.17824 of 2014 (6) dt.17-07-2015 by the petitioner seems to be wholly premature because the petitioner till now has not filed the application. It however goes without saying that once the petitioner files an application before the Tribunal, the Tribunal shall examine the matter and decide the matter expeditiously.
