The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 05 of 2016 registered under Section 414 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of A.C.J.M. III, Munger.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, coaccused Pappu Yadav, who was apprehended by the Police fleeing away from the place of occurrence, fromwhere stolen vehicle was recovered disclosed the name of this petitioner and others saying that they were involved in preparing the forged documents of the vehicle. It is also submitted that since the petitioner is accused in 7

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52819 of 2016 (2) dt.07-12-2016 2/2 other cases, in which he is only bail, the petitioner has been implicated in this case with false allegation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Trial Court and seek Regular Bail, which shall be considered without being prejudiced by this order on merit.
