The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Khagaria (Town) P.S. Case No.57 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354B/354C/354D/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria. Allegation against the petitioners is of sexual harassment with the informant, who is a school going student. Further allegation is that the petitioners threatened to throw acid on her body.

After hearing the parties and considering the
