The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 206 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner happens to be owner of the vehicle and he has no concern with the alleged recovery. Moreover, nothing illegal has been recovered from the vehicle of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioners may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.
