The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 27 of 2009, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that in course of dispute, this petitioner caused injury at the right neck and chest to the informant through knife.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36626 of 2016 (3) dt.28-09-2016 2/2 rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trail Court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
