In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Athmalgola Police Station Case No.273 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that the petitioner along with his sister and brother-in-law approached the informant and ensured employment of his sons in the Patna High Court subject to payment of Rs.12 lakh. Accordingly, payment was made by the informant, they were called and engaged with a lawyer. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is
