The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Halsi P.S. Case No.92 of 2018 registered under Sections 353, 188 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The gist of the allegation that the petitioner and others have blocked the road causing traffic jam.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not use any course for blocking the road. The petitioner was not even present on the place of occurrence. The name of the petitioner is said to have been disclosed by the villagers.
Having considered the facts and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that no course is used in blocking the road, the above named petitioner in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28769 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No.92 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
