In the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of an order passed by the Joint Director of Consolidation in Revision Case No.13 of 2007, which has been passed under Section 35 of the Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Act , 1956, which is a scheduled Act under

Patna High Court CWJC No.15525 of 2008 (6) dt.26-02-2015 2/2 Section 9 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009. Accordingly, in view of proviso to Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of the case to the Bihar Land Tribunal forthwith.
