The following reliefs have been sought for in the present writ application.

"1. That this writ is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders for directing and commanding the respondents to select this petitioner on the post of "Panchayat Teacher"

in Gram Panchayat Hatbariya Nirmali,

Patna High Court CWJC No.9105 of 2011 (3) dt.16-05-2018 2/2 falling under Block-Pupri, DistrictSupaul, and further prays for quashing of the order dated 19.01.2011, in Case No. 781/2009 (02.12.2009) passed by the District Teacher Employment Appellate Tribunal, Supaul, whereby and whereunder the Learned Tribunal dismissed her suit without giving any cogent reason. "

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file a statutory appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 19.01.2011, passed in Case No. 781 of 2009 (02.12.2009) by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Supaul, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
