Once the cut off date for admission fixed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court i.e. 30th of September, 2015 is over, the petitioner cannot seek any benefit for admission to the Course in question after 30th of September of the

Patna High Court LPA No.2243 of 2015 dt.18-09-2017 2/2 year in question and therefore, we see no reason to make any indulgence into the matter.

The appeal stands dismissed.
