The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 132 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the IPC.
The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant's daughter was married to one Santosh Yadav, Son of Chengan Yadav, about three years ago. Her daughter lived in her Sasural happily for one year but thereafter her husband, father-in-law, cousin father-in-law, cousin brother-in-law, cousin sister-in-law began to torture her on account of non-fulfilment of dowry demand. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51672 of 2016 (2) dt.07-12-2016 2/2 informant. On 06.06.2014, the son-in-law of the informant came to her house and took his wife and on 07.06.2014, all the accused persons killed her daughter and disposed of her dead body. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is married Nanad of the deceased. She is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in jail.
On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 132/2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Danapur, Patna, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
