2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, three unknown persons, at gunpoint, looted Rs. 3,88,210/- from the informant. During the investigation, the name of the petitioner has come in the case on the self-inculpatory statement of a co-accused.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2024 and has four similar and serious criminal antecedents. There exists prima facie material against the petitioner indicating his involvement in the commission of the offence.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of allegation and the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.

7. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
