2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 498 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is said to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she had eloped with the petitioner.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2025.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge- POCSO, Bettiah District-West Champaran in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 498 of 2019.
